"Spotify on Vibrate" Creative Campaign (The Crowbar Awards 2023)

Together with my two classmates from LASALLE, we initiated a campaign mockup that tackles the idea of how deaf and hard of hearing (D/HoH) people can enjoy music, which many people with and without hearing problems might not be aware of. This project was submitted for the 2023 Crowbar Awards, where we got second place (Silver Award) in the Digital and Innovation category.


Spotify is one of the most used music platforms out there that is used worldwide. It is quite an irony to think that a platform that requires hearing to attract an audience to do something for this community. But we chose this topic to break the traditional belief that enjoying music is only for those without hearing problems. We worked on the branding identity and branding activation of the campaign in a way that is still representable of Spotify’s visual identity.
