As the concert title was not finalized yet, I had to explore several typography possibilities for the two pending titles: “Romeo & Juliet” and “Triumph and Tragedy.” The explorations consist of the titles and elements of Romeo and Juliet, e.g., heart, dagger, et cetera.
At this point, the title has been finalized, and the client has chosen one typography design. From there, I experimented with title and subtitle placements, compositions, and colors that would best suit the target audience: families, music enthusiasts, and youths.
The next step was to create the illustration that surrounds the title in order to better convey the essence of the story.
